Sold Properties Update

Labor Day weekend has arrived and the island will be busy with the last of the summer visitors.  It has been incredibly hot here and I am looking forward to fall and the cooler temperatures.  Fall is an especially good time to plan a visit to the area as the beaches are less crowded and most of the homes for sale are easy to show. 

The local real estate market has been  quite active with 26 closings since August 11, 2014.  There were 8 properties sold on St. George Island, 6 in Apalachicola, 1 in Eastpoint, 8 in the Carrabelle/Lanark/St. James area and 3 on Alligator Point.  There are still some excellent values available in all areas of the Forgotten Coast.  Please feel free to contact me for information on any areas of interest.
