Apalachicola is a wonderful, historic southern town bordered by the Apalachicola Bay and Apalachicola River. The town features a thriving historic district with lovingly restored homes some of which date back to the 1800’s. The town is known for its 4 star restaurants, quaint shops, museums, art galleries and waterfront parks and marinas.
St. George Island is a 28 mile barrier island located approximately 4 miles off the coastline and is 1 mile at it widest point and ½ mile at its most narrow areas. There are no high rises or massive condominium developments as the majority of the island has been zoned for single family residential homes.
