Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Eastpoint and Carrabelle was down from April’s record setting sales but local realtors co-ordinated 85 total sales – 43 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 31 residential home sites and 5 commercial properties. St. George Island saw the most activity with 33 total sales – 18 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 11 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Apalachicola had 14 total sales – 10 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Carrabelle had 29 total sales – 10 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 16 residential home sites.
