FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2021

HALLOWEEN WITH MY GIRLS!

I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler temperatures of fall had a great Halloween. Mine was very special as I spent it with my family in Kentucky. To those of you who have been following me and the listings forwarded to you know what a proud Grandma I am. My girls have grown into the most special young women and I love that they still want to spend time with me. And yes, the youngest one does have blue hair. She is getting ready for Kentucky basketball season!

Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint for the month of September was similar to the previous month with 65 total sales – 29 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 33 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 24 total sales – 7 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 15 residential home sites. St. George Island had 23 total sales – 15 single family homes and 8 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 9 total sales – 5 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 9 total sales – 2 single family homes, 6 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Sales prices range from a low of $15,000 for lots in Apalachicola up to $2,740,000 for a completely renovated 7 bedroom/6.5 bath gulf front home with private pool located in the Plantation on St. George Island.
