FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2020

We are having a beautiful start to fall here on the Forgotten Coast. The temperatures have been in the high 70’s and low 80’s. This is why we all love it here so much. Along with the beautiful beaches, wonderful wildlife, amazing sunsets and so much more.

Sales activity for the month of September continued to be very strong with 67 total sales – 29 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 33 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot on St. George Island. St. George Island saw the most activity with 39 total sales – 16 single family homes, 1 town home, 21 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot on E. Pine. Apalachicola had 5 total sales – 3 single family homes, 1 condo and 1 residential home site. Carrabelle had 17 total sales – 6 single family homes, 1 condo, 1 mobile home and 9 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 6 total sales – 4 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $8,500 for a lot in the City of Carrabelle to $2,375,000 for a 7 bedroom/8 and 2 1/2 bath 1st tier Plantation home with private pool and elevator.
