Sales activity was down somewhat for the month of September with 39 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint. There were 13 single family homes, 4 town homes/condos, 2 triplexes, 1 mobile home, 17 residential home sites and 2 improved RV lots sold. St. George Island saw the most activity with 17 total sales – 8 single family homes, 1 town home, 2 triplexes and 6 residential home sites.
