Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint for the month of October 2023 remained somewhat slow with 38 total sales – 19 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 16 residential homesites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 21 total sales – 10 single family homes, 1 town home and 10 residential home sites.
