Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint for the month of October 2022 was significantly slower than the previous month with 45 total sales – 22 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 18 residential home sites. Carrabelle once again saw the most activity with 24 total sales – 9 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 12 residential home sites. St. George Island had 10 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 condo and 2 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 5 single family homes and 1 residential home site. Eastpoint had 5 total sales – 1 single family home, 1 mobile home and 3 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $20,000 for a residential home site in Carraway Bay Plantation in Carrabelle to $3,323,000 for a 5 bedroom/3.5 bath gulf front home with private pool, elevator and fireplace in the St. George Plantation.
