FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – OCTOBER 2021

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are looking forward to a very Happy Holiday season. Sales activity for the month of October 2021 was down considerably from prior months with 48 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint – 17 single family homes, 8 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 18 residential home sites and 3 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 20 total sales – 5 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 6 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. St. George Island had 13 total sales – 6 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 4 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 5 total sales – 3 single family homes, 1 residential home site and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 10 total sales – 3 single family homes and 7 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a lot of $7,500 for a residential home site in Apalachicola to $2,600,000 for a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath gulf front home in the St. George Plantation.
