Sales activity for the month of October was down slightly with 31 total sales – 15 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 9 residential home sites, 1 improved RV site, 1 dry dock boat storage slip and 1 commercial building. St. George Island and Carrabelle had 13 total sales each. On St. George Island the 13 sales were comprised of 7 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 4 residential home sites.
