FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – OCTOBER 2019

Sales activity for the month of October was down slightly with 31 total sales – 15 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 9 residential home sites, 1 improved RV site, 1 dry dock boat storage slip and 1 commercial building. St. George Island and Carrabelle had 13 total sales each. On St. George Island the 13 sales were comprised of 7 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 4 residential home sites. In Carrabelle the 13 total sales were comprised of 5 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 1 developed RV site, 1 dry dock boat storage unit and 4 residential homes sites. In Apalachicola there were 3 single family home sales. Eastpoint had a total of 2 sales – 1 residential home site and 1 commercial building. Sales prices ranged from a low of $4,000 for a dry dock boat storage unit in the Carrabelle Boat Club to $1,125,000 for a 6 bedroom/5.5 bath Plantation 1st tier home with private pool.
