FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2024

I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Sales activity throughout St George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint remained very slow once again for the month of November 2024 with just 31 sales – 13 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 13 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St George Island had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 8 total sales – 4 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 1 residential home site. Carrabelle had 8 total sales – 4 single family homes, 1 town home, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Eastpoint also had 8 total sales – 2 single family homes and 6 residential home sites.

Sales ranged from a low of $17,500 for a city lot zoned commercial in Carrabelle to a high of $1,850,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath gulf front home with private pool in the St. George Plantation.
