Sales activity throughout St George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint remained very slow once again for the month of November 2024 with just 31 sales – 13 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 13 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St George Island had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 8 total sales – 4 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 1 residential home site.
