FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2022

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. My son and I are planning a trip up to Kentucky to be with the family at Christmas but the weather looks horrible. They are expecting a low of 3 degrees on Christmas Day with a high of 14 degrees for the entire day. I am not sure I can handle that at all!

Sales activity remained sluggish for the month of November 2022 with 41 total sales – 14 single family homes, 1 condo and 26 residential home sites. Carrabelle once again saw the most activity with 18 total sales – 2 single family homes and 16 residential home sites. St. George Island had 12 total sales – 5 single family homes, 1 condo and 6 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 5 total sales – 3 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 6 total sales – 4 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Sales prices ranged from a low of $14,000 for a residential home site in St. James Bay subdivision to a high of $1,650,000 for a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath gulf view 1st tier home located in Sunset Beach on St. George Island.
