FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2021

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. I was able to spend Christmas in Louisville with my amazing family and then brought two of the granddaughters home for a week. It was a very special holiday and I am so lucky to have such a kind and caring family who have been there to support me during this past year.

Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint stayed about the same for the month of November with 46 total sales – 25 single family homes, 1 condo/townhome, 2 mobile homes, 16 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 16 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 condo/townhome, 2 mobile homes and 6 residential home sites. St. George Island had 12 total sales – 7 single family homes and 5 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 11 total sales – 8 single family homes, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes, 3 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Sales prices ranged from a low of $16,000 for a residential home site in Carrabelle to $1,385,000 for a 5 bedroom/3 bath Plantation bay front home with private pool on St. George Island.
