I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday season and best wishes for the upcoming New Year. Two of our beautiful granddaughters will be spending the week between Christmas and New Years with us and I cannot wait to see them. The oldest will not be coming as she had to go and grow up on us. Time goes by much too fast these days.
Sales activity on the Forgotten Coast remained somewhat slow again for the month of November with 30 total sales of properties – 13 single family homes, 1 townhome, 2 commercial properties and 14 residential lots. Carrabelle had the most activity with sales of 5 single family homes, 1 unit in Lanark Village, 1 commercial property and 4 vacant lots. On St. George Island there were sales of 4 single family homes, 1 commercial property and 4 vacant lots. In Apalachicola there were sales of 2 single family homes. In Eastpoint there were 2 single family homes and 6 vacant lots sold. Sales ranged from a low of $6,316 for a residential lot in Magnolia Ridge subdivision in Eastpoint to $695,000 for a 6 bedroom/5 bath 1st tier home with private pool located in the Plantation.
