FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – MAY 2025

Sales activity throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint was up slightly for the Month of May 2025 with 42 total sales – 21 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 3 mobile homes, 13 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 15 total sales – 1 single family home, 4 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes and 8 residential home sites. St. George Island had 9 sales of single family homes. Apalachicola had 13 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 4 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Eastpoint had 5 total sales – 4 single family homes and 1 residential home site. Sales prices ranged from a low of $23,000 for a lot located in the City of Carrabelle to $2,050,000 for at six bedroom/5 bath bay front home with private pool and dock located on the East End of St. George Island.
