FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – MAY 2023

Summer is here on the Forgotten Coast and we look forward to another busy and enjoyable summer season. I hope that your summer plans include a visit to this wonderful and unique area.

Sales activity for the month of May 2023 was very busy with 79 total sales – 28 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 4 mobile homes, 42 residential home sites and 3 commercial properties. Carrabelle once again saw the most activity with 33 total sales – 10 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 2 mobile homes, 18 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. St. George Island had 22 total sales – 9 single family homes, 12 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Apalachicola had 14 total sales – 6 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 2 mobile homes and 5 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 10 total sales – 3 single family homes and 7 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $15,500 for a residential home site in Carrabelle to $3,925,000 for a new construction 6 bedroom/6.5 bath gulf front home with private pool and elevator in the Plantation.
