I hope everyone is having a great summer and staying safe. This island and surrounding areas have been packed with visitors enjoying our beautiful beaches and great fishing. My granddaughters and Austin are here for a week and we had a beautiful day at the state park. The weather and water were perfect.

Sales activity for the month of May was good considering the lack of visitors allowed to the area during most of the month. There were 38 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint – 18 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 14 residential homes sites and improved RV lots and 1 commercial property. St. George Island saw the most activity with 15 total sales – 8 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 4 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 5 single family homes and 1 commercial building. Carrabelle had 10 total sales – 3 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 5 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 7 total sales – 2 single family homes and 5 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $13,500 for a residential home site in Eastpoint to $1,025,000 for a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath gulf front home with private pool located in the Plantation on St. George Island.
