May was a very special month for the Seymour family. Our youngest granddaughter, Mia, graduated from middle school and will now be a freshman in high school. Our middle granddaughter, Kylie, graduated from high school with honors and has already been accepted at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. We are so proud of her and all that her hard work has helped her accomplish. All three of our granddaughters are wonderful young ladies and we are blessed to share their lives.
Sales activity for the month of May was down somewhat from the very busy month of April. There were 46 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint – 19 single family homes, 1 town home, 1 mobile home, 24 residential home sites and 1 commercial land parcel. St. George Island saw the most sales activity with 18 total sales – 8 single family homes and 10 residential home sites.
