FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – MARCH 2024

Sales activity throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint saw a slight increase for the month of March 2024 with 56 total sales – 17 single family homes, 7 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 29 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 26 total sales – 5 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 1 mobile home and 19 residential home sites. St. George Island had 16 total sales – 8 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 4 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Apalachicola had 9 total sales – 3 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 3 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 5 total sales – 1 single family home, 3 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Sales ranged from a low of $15,000 for a residential home site in the city of Carrabelle to $1,850,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath gulf front home located in the Gulf Beaches on St. George Island.
