Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint was up significantly for the month of March 2022 with 87 total sales – 31 single family homes, 9 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 46 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 44 total sales – 10 single family homes, 6 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 27 residential home sites.
