FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – MARCH 2019

I hope everyone is having a wonderful spring.  Ours has been especially nice and the weather has been perfect.  Our two youngest granddaughters were able to come for Spring Break.  They were the standout stars of Seymour Realty’s team at the Putt Masters mini golf tournament held at the Red Pirate.  All benefits went to support the Franklin County Library.  It was a fun afternoon and the food there is great.

Sales activity for the month of March was up significantly with 37 total sales – 12 single family homes, 7 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 15 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties.  Carrabelle saw the most activity with 11 total sales – 2 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 4 residential home sites.  There were 9 total sales on St. George Island – 3 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 4 residential home sites.  Apalachicola had 9 total sales – 1 single family home, 1 condo,  5 residential home sites and 2 commercial units at High Cotton.  Eastpoint had 8 total sales – 6 single family homes and 2 residential home sites.  Sales prices ranged from  $8,500 for a residential home site in St. James Bay in Carrabelle to $675,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath gulf front home on St. George Island.
