FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – MARCH 2017

There was a significant increase in sales during the month of March and things are really hopping here.  There were 55 total property sales – 18 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home 26 residential home sites and 5 commercial buildings and lots.  The Carrabelle area saw the most activity with 24 total sales – 8 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 11 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot.  St. George Island had 15 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 town home in 300 Ocean Mile, 5 residential lots, 1 commercial building and a parcel 4 commercial lots.   Apalachicola had 10 total sales – 2 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 6 residential home sites and 1 commercial building.  Eastpoint had 6 total sales – 1 single family home, 4 residential home sites and 1 commercial building.  Sales prices ranged from $5,000 for a 1 acre residential lot in Magnolia Ridge in Eastpoint to $1,225,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath home located on the East End of St. George Island.
