I hope your summer is going well. We had two of our granddaughters, Kylie and Mia, here with us for three weeks. Life is so much fun when they are around. Sales activity remained strong for the month of June with 49 total sales of homes and lots. St. George Island saw the most sales activity with 16 total sales – 10 single family homes, 2 town homes/condos, one commercial building and 3 vacant lots. In Apalachicola there were 9 sales – 5 single family homes and 4 residential lots located in the historic district. In Carrabelle there were 13 properties sold – 6 single family homes, 1 town home and 6 vacant lots. In Eastpoint there was 1 home sold and 4 parcels vacant land including a bank owned 20 lot subdivision, St. George’s Bluff. There were 5 homes and 1 vacant lot sold on Alligator Point. Sale prices ranged from $10,000 for a one acre home site in Carrabelle to $2,700,000 for a spectacular 7 bedroom/7 1/2 bath Plantation gulf front home with private beachside pool.
