FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – JULY 2021

The most beautiful place in the world!

I hope everyone had a great summer and is ready for some cooler fall temperatures. Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint remained strong during the month of July 2021 with 97 total sales – 34 single family homes, 8 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 50 residential home sites and 3 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 37 total sales – 10 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 19 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. St. George Island had 29 total sales – 13 single family homes, 1 town home and 15 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 16 total sales – 2 single family homes, 3 condos, 10 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 15 total sales – 9 single family homes and 6 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $16,000 for residential home sites in Apalachicola to $3,000,000 for a 8 bedroom/8.5 bath gulf front home with private pool and elevator located on the East End.
