Sales activity was up again for the month of July with 49 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint. St. George Island and Carrabelle each had 17 total sales. On St. George Island the 17 sales were comprised of 8 single family homes, 2 units in 300 Ocean Mile and 7 residential home sites.
