FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE JANUARY 2020

Sales activity was up slightly for the month of January with 33 total property sales – 13 single family homes, 5 town homes/condos, 14 residential home sites and one commercial property on St. George Island. St. George Island saw the most activity with 14 total sales – 8 single family homes, 1 town home in 300 Ocean Mile, 4 residential home sites and 1 commercial storage unit building. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 2 single family homes, 3 town home/condos and 1 residential home site. Carrabelle had 9 total sales – 1 single family home, 1 unit in Lanark Village and 7 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 4 totals sales – 2 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Sales prices ranged from a low of $9,500 for a 1/3 acre lot in Blue Water Bay subdivision in Carrabelle to $1,395,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 and 2 1/2 bath gulf front home in the St. George Plantation.
