FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – JANUARY 2017

Sales activity for the month of January remained stable as compared to previous months.  There were 33 total sales – 14 single family homes, 3 town home/condos, 2 mobile homes and 14 residential lots.   Carrabelle saw the most activity with sales of 12 properties consisting of 3 single family homes, 2 town homes/condos, 1 mobile home and 6 vacant lots.  On St. George Island there were 9 total sales consisting of  5 single family homes and 4 residential lots.  In Apalachicola there were 7 totals sales consisting of 4 single family homes, 1 condo and 2 residential lots.  In Eastpoint there were 5 total sales consisting of 2 single family homes, 1 mobile home and 2 residential lots.  Sales prices ranged from $12,000 for a residential lot in Lakes on the Bluff in Eastpoint to $1,350,000 for a 3 bedroom/3.5 bath gulf front home in the Plantation on St. George Island.
