So sorry that it has been such a long time since my last sales update. My husband had hip replacement surgery in January and has suffered complications from that surgery. He has been in Tallahassee in the hospital since March 9th recovering from infection to the hip and will undergo final hip replacement in a few weeks. He is doing well and we are hopeful to have him home soon. Life can sometimes throw us complications but getting through them only makes us stronger.
Sales activity remains strong especially on the island, Apalachicola and in Carrabelle. Inventory remains a little low and prices are starting to increase.
