FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2021

Local realtors on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint were extremely busy during the month of February 2021 with 67 total sales – 22 single family homes, 10 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes 31 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 27 total sales – 6 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 15 residential home sites. St. George Island had 24 total sales – 11 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes and 8 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 8 total sales – 4 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 1 residential home site and 2 commercial buildings. Eastpoint had 8 total sales – 1 single family home and 7 residential home sites.
