FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2017

Sales activity remained at about the same levels for February with 32 total sales.  There were 16 total sales of single family homes, 4 town homes/condos, 10 residential lots and 2 commercial properties.  St. George Island saw the most activity with 12 total sales – 9 single family homes, 1 condo and 2 residential lot sales.  In Apalachicola there were 7 total sales – 3 single family homes and 4 residential lots.  In Carrabelle there were 11 total sales – 3 single family homes, 3 town homes/condos, 4 residential lots and 1 commercial building.  In Eastpoint there were 2 sales – 1 single family home and 1 commercial bay front lot.   Sales activity ranged from $5,000 for a city lot in Carrabelle to $719,000 for a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath 1st tier home with private pool on St. George Island.
