FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – AUGUST 2025

Sales activity remained about the same throughout St George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint for the month of August 2025 with 38 total sales – 15 single family homes, 1 quad-plex, 3 mobile homes, 15 residential home sites and 4 commercial properties. St George Island saw the most activity with 14 total sales – 7 single family homes, 5 residential home sites and 2 commercial lots. Apalachicola had 9 total sales – 3 single family homes, 1 quad-plex, 2 mobile homes, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial building. Carrabelle had 7 total sales – 2 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 3 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 8 total sales – 3 single family homes and 5 residential home sites. Sales prices ranged from a low of $24,000 for a lot in Lanark to $2,100,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 and 2 1/2 bath gulf front home with private pool in the St George Plantation.
