FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – AUGUST 2022

Sales activity throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint was up slightly for the month of August 2022 with 61 total sales – 30 single family homes, 2 town home condos, 2 mobile homes , 10 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 25 total sales – 12 single family homes, 2 mobile homes and 11 residential home sites. St. George Island had 19 total sales – 11 single family homes, 2 town home/condos and 6 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 10 total sales – 4 single family homes, 6 residential home sites and 1 commercial lot. Sales ranged from a low of $12,000 for a residential home site in St. James Bay to $4,400,000 for a 5 bedroom/5 bath gulf front home with elevator and 2 gas fireplaces in the Plantation.
