FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – AUGUST 2020

September and fall are finally here. September was a very special month for me as my husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary. He is still my best friend and life with him has always been an adventure.

Sales activity was extremely busy in the month of August with 77 total sales – 30 single family homes, 8 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 32 residential home sites and 6 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 33 total sales – 8 single family homes, 6 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 16 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. St. George Island had 31 total sales – 18 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 10 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Apalachicola had 7 total sales – 4 single family homes, 1 condo and 2 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 6 total sales – 4 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Sales ranged from a low of $17,500 for a residential home site in Whispering Pines in Eastpoint to $2,150,000 for an 8 bedroom/6 and 2 1/2 bath gulf front home with pool and elevator located on the East End of St. George Island.
