FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – APRIL 2023

I hope everyone is having a great spring and that your summer plans include a trip to the area. St. George Island State Park was named the number one beach by Dr. Beach and deservedly so. It is my go to place for complete and total relaxation. It encompasses everything we all love about this special area.

Sales activity for the month of April 2023 remained strong with 66 total sales – 18 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 39 residential home sites and 5 commercial properties. Carrabelle had the most activity with 25 total sales – 4 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 17 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island had 19 total sales – 9 single family homes, 7 residential home sites and 3 commercial lots. Apalachicola had 10 total sales – 2 single family homes, 6 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 12 total sales – 3 single family homes and 9 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $20,000 for a lot located in the City of Carrabelle to $5,500,000 for an 8 bedroom/7.5 bath gulf front home with private pool and elevator located on the East End of St. George Island.
