Sales activity remained strong during the month of March in spite of COVID19. There were 41 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint – 19 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 17 residential and improved RV homesites and 1 commercial building. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 21 total sales – 7 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 9 residential and improved RV home sites and 1 commercial building. St. George Island had 5 total sales – 3 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 3 single family homes and 3 residential home sites.
