FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – APRIL 2019

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend and welcome to the start of summerThe island all the local beaches are packed this weekend and it looks like this will be a very busy vacation season.  It has been a beautiful spring and the blue waters of the gulf could not be more inviting.  I hope that your summer plans include a visit to the area.  If you will be visiting, please stop by my office or give me a call.

Sales actvity for the month of April remained steady with 40 total sales – 15 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes and 19 residential home sites.  Carrabelle once again saw the most activity with 18 total sales – 6 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes and 7 residential home sites.  On St. George Island there were 14 total sales – 8 single family homes, 1 town home in 300 Ocean Mile and 5 residential home sites.  Apalachicola had 4 total sales – 1 single family home and 3 residential home sites.  Eastpoint had 4 sales of residential home sites.  Sales prices range from a low of $2,500 for a corner of a property purchased to save a tree to $1,220,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath Plantation gulf front home with private pool.
