Forgotten Coast Sales Update 4/30/15

It has been a truly beautiful spring here on the Forgotten Coast with lots of sunshine and temperatures that have been very pleasant.  Unfortunately, I have not been home much as my husband is still in the hospital recovering from the infection to his hip.  However, he is doing much better and we hope that the final hip replacement surgery can be completed within the next month.  This has been quite an ordeal for him but he is an amazing man who has never let it get him down or depressed.  Although I am spending a lot of time with him in Tallahassee, I am always available to answer any questions or provide information on any properties which might be of interest to you.  Also, if you are visiting and would like to see any properties, please do not hesitate to give me a call and I will be glad to schedule showings.

Sales activity remains strong for both homes and vacant lots.  For the month of April on St. George Island there were 10 vacant lot sales, 2 units sold at 300 Ocean Mile and 10 single family homes sold.  In Apalachicola there were 2 vacant lots, 1 bank owned mobile home and 1 single family home sold.  In Carrabelle there were 7 vacant lots, 4 mobile homes, 1 unit at Sands of Carrabelle and 3 single family homes sold.   In Eastpoint 3 vacant  lots were sold.  There were also 2 single family homes sold on Alligator Point and 1 home sold in St. Teresa.  Details of the sales for the month of April are listed below.
