Good morning! It is a beautiful day here on the Forgotten Coast with clear skies and a projected high in the mid 60’s. Not too bad for February. There are many visitors from the north enjoying our beautiful weather and we are glad they have “discovered” our wonderful area and are happy to share it with them.
Sales activity has been strong since my last update with 18 properties sold. On St. George Island there were 4 single family homes sold and 1 Plantation lot. Apalachicola was particularly busy with 3 lots sold and 4 homes sold. In Carrabelle there were sales of 1 river front lot, a mobile home and a bay front home. In Eastpoint there were sales of 1 vacant lot, 1 bank owned mobile home and a bank owned home in Whispering Pines. There was also a lot sold on Dog Island. There were no sales for this period on Alligator Point.
