Forgotten Coast Sales Update 12/31/14

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday season.  We spent Christmas in Louisville Kentucky with family and brought two of our three granddaughters, Kylie and Mia, home with us for a week.  My oldest granddaughter, Taylor, is working full time now and was unable to come.  This is the first time that she has not spent Christmas week at our house and she was missed very much.  I love getting to spend time with my girls during the holidays.  They keep me young and happy.

I was so glad to get back home.  The cold weather, traffic and road construction in Louisville was awful.  I don’t think I could ever deal with that again.  I am spoiled by our warm weather and one traffic light and I am not ashamed to admit it!

Sales activity was strong for the last 15 days of 2014 with 24 closings.  On St. George Island, 4 lots sold and 5 homes sold.  In Apalachicola, 1 lot sold and 5 homes sold.  In Carrabelle, 1 lot sold and 3 homes sold. In Eastpoint, 1 lot and 2 homes sold.  Alligator Point had 1 lot sold and 1 single family home sold on Dog Island.
