Forgotten Coast Sales Update – 11/30/14

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday.  We celebrated the holiday quietly with our son.   This is a special time of year and I feel very blessed to spend it in such a wonderful place.

The real estate market was not as active as in prior months but there were several sales and quite a few properties which are under contract. 

Sales in the month of November:

St. George Island – 5 homes and 2 residential lots

Apalachicola – 3 homes and 2 residential lots

Carrabelle – 4 homes, 2 residential lots and 1 commercial building

Eastpoint – 1 residential lot and 1 commercial building
