Forgotten Coast Sales Update – 10/8/2014

October is finally here!  The most beautiful month by far here on the Forgotten Coast with an abundance of blue clear skies and milder temperatures.  If there is any way possible, you need to plan a trip and enjoy fall on the coast.

The real estate market is becoming much more active with 15 closings since my last update on 9/25/2014.  St. George Island was especially active with 3 lot sales, 2 units at 300 Ocean Mile and 2 single family homes sold.  There are still amazing values on properties throughout the area.  What could be better than investing in coastal property in a place you love and seeing a good return over time on your real estate purchase?
