Forgotten Coast Sale Update – September 2015

It is absolutely beautiful here on the Forgotten Coast.  Lots of sunshine and cooler temperatures make this one of the most special times to plan a visit to the area.  The Apalachicola Seafood Festival is this upcoming weekend, November 6th & 7th, and if you have never had the chance to enjoy the festival, I encourage you to come on down and enjoy all of the festival activities.

Sales activity continues to be strong throughout the area.  There were a total of 26 homes (single family/townhome/condo & mobile homes), 15 lots and 1 commercial property sold in September.  Carrabelle had the most sales with 14 homes and 8 lots sold for a total of 22 properties.  St. George Island had sales of 5 homes, 6 lots and 1 commercial property.  In Apalachicola, 4 homes were sold and 1 residential lot.  In Eastpoint, 2 homes were sold and there was 1 home sold on Alligator Point.  Sales on properties ranged from $6,000 for 3 residential lots in Carrabelle to $1,400,000 for a gulf front home with private pool located in the Gulf Beaches on St. George Island.
