It is absolutely beautiful here on the Forgotten Coast. Lots of sunshine and cooler temperatures make this one of the most special times to plan a visit to the area. The Apalachicola Seafood Festival is this upcoming weekend, November 6th & 7th, and if you have never had the chance to enjoy the festival, I encourage you to come on down and enjoy all of the festival activities.
Sales activity continues to be strong throughout the area. There were a total of 26 homes (single family/townhome/condo & mobile homes), 15 lots and 1 commercial property sold in September.
