Sales activity for the month of June 2022 dipped slightly on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint with 79 total sales – 22 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 49 residential home sites and 3 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 34 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 condo, 25 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island had 25 total sales – 10 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 13 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 11 total sales – 2 single family homes, 1 town home, 7 residential home sites and 1 commercial property.
