Forgotten Coast Sale Update 11/14/14

Good afternoon.

Today is a sunny but cool day here on the Forgotten Coast.  This has been one of the prettiest fall seasons we have had in a long time.  This such a special place and I am so very fortunate to live here. 

Since November 3, 2014  13 properties have sold.  There were no closings of property on St. George Island or Eastpoint.  Carrabelle was particularly busy with 5 vacant land sales, 2 units in Lanark Village, one mobile home sale and one commercial building which was purchased by Franklin Co. which will be used as the Carrabelle annex government building.  Apalachicola had one vacant lot sale, one town home sale and one single family residence sale.   Alligator Point had one single family home to close this past week.
