FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – JULY 2025

I hope everyone has had a great summer. Things are returning to our normal slower pace of life here on the Forgotten Coast with an added bonus of a couple of days of cooler temperatures. Sales activity throughout St George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint remained about the same for the month of July 2025 with 42 total sales – 14 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 1 mobile home, 24 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 20 total sales – 3 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 1 mobile home, 14 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St George Island had 4 total sales – 3 single family homes and 1 residential home site. Apalachicola had 15 total sales – 7 single family homes, 7 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Eastpoint had 3 total sales – 1 single family home and 2 residential home sites. Sales prices ranged from a low of $8,000 for a city lot in Carrabelle to $3,400,000 for a 5 bedroom/5 and 2 1/2 bath gulf front home in the St. George Plantation.
