FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – OCTOBER 2020

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope that you all have a happy and safe holiday. Covid 19 has made this year has been challenging but, for me, I have learned to appreciate life a little more and realize how fortunate I am to have family and friends who care. I wish the best for all of you.

Sales activity for the month of October on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint was crazy busy again with 72 total sales – 33 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 33 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties in Eastpoint. St. George Island saw the most activity with 31 total sales – 21 single family homes, 1 town home in 300 Ocean Mile and 9 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 7 total sales – 5 single family homes and 2 residential home sites. Carrabelle had 27 total sales – 6 single family homes, 3 town home/condos and 18 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 7 total sales – 1 single family home, 4 residential home sites and 2 commercial lots. Sales ranged from a low of $9,800 for a lot in the City of Carrabelle to $2,000,000 for a 6 bedroom/ 3 and 2 1/2 bath gulf front home with elevator in the St. George Plantation.
