Sales activity for the month of October on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint was crazy busy again with 72 total sales – 33 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 33 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties in Eastpoint. St. George Island saw the most activity with 31 total sales – 21 single family homes, 1 town home in 300 Ocean Mile and 9 residential home sites.
