FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2018

Winter here is just about over and the Spring Break crowd has started to arrive.  My granddaughters will be here the first week of April and I cannot wait to see them.  They love coming to this wonderful place and we love having them here.  They have shared lots of memories from their visits and I am grateful that they have gotten to spend a large part of their childhood in the very special place.

Sales activity was up slighting in February with 33 total sales – 16 single family homes, 5 condos/town homes, 10 residential home sites, 1 multi-family home and 1 fifty-seven acre parcel of commercial land in Eastpoint.  St. George Island saw the most activity with 12 total sales – 8 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes and 1 residential home site.  Apalachicola had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes,  1 multi-family home and 3 residential home sites.   Carrabelle had 9 total sales – 3 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 4 residential home sites.  Eastpoint had 5 total sales – 2 single family homes, 2 residential home sites and 1 fifty-seven acre parcel of commercial land.  Sales prices ranged from $9,500 for a home site in St. James Bay to $1,100,000 for a 5 bedroom/4.5 Plantation gulf front home.
