FORGOTTEN COAST SALE UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2018

I hope that everyone had a great holiday season and that 2019 will be the best year ever.  We had a great Christmas and New Year getting to spend time with our family in Kentucky and then bringing two of our granddaughters here for 10 days.  It could not have been better.

Sales activity for the month of November was somewhat slow but that is typical for this time of year.  There were 29 total sales – 18 single family homes, 1 mobile home, 3 condo/town homes and 7 residential home sites.   St. George Island saw the most activity with 15 total sales – 13 single family homes and 2 residential home sites.  Apalachicola had 4 sales – 2 single family homes and 2 residential home sites.  Carrabelle had 7 total sales – 1 single family home, 3 condo/town homes and 3 residential home sites.  Eastpoint had 3 total sales – 2 single family homes and 1 mobile home.  Sales prices ranged from a low of $30,000 for a home site in Apalachicola and a 3 bedroom unit in Lanark Village to a high of $1,040,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath new construction 1st tier home in the Plantation.
